There is a phenomenal group of people that run this company. Not sure why but most seemingly catastrophic occurrences happen on the weekend and this company was there for me. To be clear all the folks involved were top notch but I would like to give a special shout out to Tyler and Angel. Angel's sense of professionalism and knowledge of the job was spectacular in and of itself however he additionally provided a sense of calm. I was in good hands. Tyler provided a quote for the job on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you RS!

Because emergencies don't typically occur during office hours, you need an effective and prompt partner.I had an emergency on a Sunday evening. Within 20 minutes of placing my SOS call, the tech was at my house setting up the fans and humidifier.A couple of techs managed my emergency throughout the week. They did everything to reassure me.Restoration Solutions is only a phone call away!

The crews had good communication. The service was professional and we received extensive reports and photos of the incident. Nicholas was there in the beginning of the process and and back on the last day to ensure the areas were dry and ready for closing up the affected areas.

I’ve contracted out repairs to Restoration Solutions, they’re prompt, fast and do Top Quality work.In my field we deal with multiple vendors/contractors.Restoration Solutions was able to pinpoint the leak and repair it. We had other company’s come by for this leak and they threw in the towelRestorations Solutions are very professional, they took pictures sent emails of all everything that was done.Left equipment to dry the wet material, leak tested, reinstall Sheetrock and match itYOU CANNOT TELL a repair was done where they cut out 10/10

When my house flooded, Restoration Solutions was able to send a team over in a timely manner while accommodating my schedule. Angel and John did a great job at assessing the affected areas, deciding how best to handle the situation, then enacting a plan to reduce the possible water damage and sterilize the area. Despite the fact I have a lot of heavy furniture in my house, Angel and John went above and beyond to help move things out of the way to accomplish the ultimate goal of making my house safe and comfortable once again. Restoration Services is the epitome of home restoration and I could not have asked for better services.

I recently had the opportunity to work with this company, Restoration Solutions, after my house was struck by lightning and concurrently an intense electrical fire which burned through portions of the roof in my master bath. The team was very quick to come in and professionally remove debris, wet insulation and wet sheetrock. They were quick and worked as an incredible team as they removed garbage, trash related to the fire. They were in constant contact with me to keep me informed every step of the way and respected my personal belongings. I am fully impressed with this company and the work methodology they employ with each team member. This company embraces total service for the customer.
